Announcement: Network Webcams change name

We, Network Webcams, one of the UKs leading IP video and security firms announce with immediate effect a change to our company name from Network Webcams to NW Systems Group Ltd.

The name change follows our continued growth and better identifies our business activities and scope.

Frank Crouwel, Managing Director, said: "The pace of development within our company has been fantastic. We have come to a point that we are introducing divisions, enabling us to communicate our offerings to customers more clearly. The name Network Webcams will not disappear, it is our strongest brand and forms the core of our new name NW Systems Group Limited."

With the name change we also introduce to you our new divisional structure; NW Systems Group has five divisions:

NW Systems - our newly formed division for system supply and installation

Network Webcams - our existing online sales division

SecurityStation - our new Video Surveillance as a Service application

RemoteManager - our existing turnkey webcam systems for construction projects

Streamdays - our existing video streaming service

The ownership and management of the company, our products and services remain un-changed.
