The Panasonic i-Pro 24/7 Remote CCTV Monitoring service consists of three core parts.

1. Equipment installed on site

Panasonic i-Pro network CCTV equipment is used for reliability and high performance. In addition, Infra Red or White Light illumination, long range PIR motion detectors and amplified horn speakers may be used to complete the installation. Wireless equipment may be used where cabling is a problem.

2. ADSL Broadband connection

We will require an ADSL Broadband connection on site. Either an existing ADSL line can be used or we arrange for a new, more secure connection (recommended).

3. The iWatch Remote Monitoring Station

Once we complete and commission the installation, iWatch will start the monitoring.

Maintenance and ongoing support

For the duration of the project, Network Webcams will provide system maintenance and ongoing support, much of which can be done remotely through the network, keeping costs down.
