30th June 2008 - Our streaming video service StreamdaysTRUESTREAM is currently partially offline. We are investigating as a matter of urgency. We apologise for this unplanned downtime and are working to resolve the issue quickly as possible.

22nd May 2008 - We experienced complications with a server affecting some high-traffic customers. Please accept our apologies for the period of downtime this caused.

26th July 2007 - 8.24pm: We apologise for the extended downtime this evening. A number of problems with upgrades were identified and fixed. Total downtime was longer than anticipated...

23rd July 2007: This morning, some Streamdays and RemoteManager accounts did not show their Flash viewers. This problem was fixed quickly and only a small number of customers were affected for a short period of time.

4th May 2007: This morning we experienced a failure on one of our archiving data stores. This failure meant a short period of downtime for image archival and archive viewing for RemoteManager, and gallery images for Streamdays customers. The issue has been resolved and we are working now to prevent this happening again.
