Delivering to specification & requirement
System commissioning is the final step of any CCTV installation. Our commissioning procedure includes a visual and functional test to ensure that:
- The system is installed in accordance with the agreed system specification and functioning and that the standard of workmanship is high
- The requirements of our Code of Practice and BS EN 50132-7:1996 are met
- The rate of false alarms is low
Our commissioning procedure includes checking of:
- Wiring, terminations and voltage supplies
- Camera views and image quality
- Monitoring, recording and playback functions
- Alarm triggers and schedules (e.g. motion or heat detection, alarm relays or sound detection)
- Remote camera control functions (e.g. pan-tilt-zoom)
- Light conditions
- Backup power supply
- CCTV warning signs
Once we are satisfied that all system aspects have been tested and are working correctly, the installation will be handed over to the customer.

- Our direct contact details for ongoing support
Once everything has been completed to your satisfaction, the handover of the system will be confirmed by your signature of our Acceptance Certificate.
