Ongoing support is part of our standard service
The day to day operation of an IP CCTV system is straightforward and it is unlikely that you will require much support from us running the system.
At Network Webcams we realise that even though the manufacturers all claim to provide "user-friendly" and "intuitive" interfaces, making changes to system settings may not be easy for everyone.
Months after we have provided you with training, you probably won't remember how to change some of the infrequently used, more advanced settings. We also appreciate that you will not have the time to trawl through help manuals looking for an answer. It is much easier to just ring us. We are here to help and will more often than not be able to provide you with an immediate answer or solution. Ongoing user and technical support provision (at any level) is all part of our standard level of service.
Some practical examples of areas where you may wish to make changes over time are:
- Image quality settings
- Light sensitivity / exposure windows
- Privacy masking features
- Recording schedules, speed up features
- Sensitivity settings on motion triggers
- Analytical settings
- Auto-touring / object tracking
