We have an appointed trainer within NW Systems who is responsible for designing and delivering user training.

This person also runs our internal technical training courses and as a result of his focus has become very well-equipped in providing IP video training at different levels and for different audiences.

Once the installation has been completed and the system checked, a date for on-site training of key users will be agreed. Our trainer will not only provide practical hands-on training but will also leave you a concise guide for easy reference to the main system features, as well as a 'system management checklist' providing our recommended procedure for ensuring the system remains fully functional over time (we offer this routinely as most existing systems we come across are partly dysfunctional or have become compromised in performance).

The provision of clear training and useful supportive documentation is part of our quality approach to system delivery.
